Please join us for our May Meeting at MCC.
As the weather warms up, we've returned to in-person meetings at the McHenry County College. Our next meeting takes place on Thursday, May 9th at 7pm. Our meetings take place in room C104. We are in the room 30 minutes prior to allow us to mingle and share recent genealogy stories. We hope to see you there!

CAGGNI upcoming program on May 18
CAGGNI’s very own John Stryker will be our speaker on May 18 from 10:30
am – 12:15 pm, at the Mount Prospect Public Library, 10 S. Emerson, Mount Prospect, IL, and via Zoom.
His topic will be “What's New in Technology: 2024.” John keeps up with the technology news and will bring word of the best in hardware, gadgetry, applications, and websites, all with an eye on how it can best be used to pursue our genealogical hobby. He is retired from being distinguished professor and chair of Computer Technologies and
Information Systems at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines.
This will be a hybrid event, allowing in-person and Zoom attendance. But we hope anyone in the area will take advantage of the opportunity to meet with fellow genealogists in person.
ISGS Conference Update!
We are making great progress in planning our conference on October 26th. We've secured the venue, planned a fantastic lunch, have speakers lined up you will really enjoy and working on getting the wonderful vendors everyone enjoys seeing. We are very excited to see everyone in Joliet on October 26.
