Title : Organizing Your Genealogy Research Process Date : Tuesday, January 12, 2016, 8:00 pm Central Description : This class focuses on the genealogical research process and how to organize it. Attendees will learn to define their research goals; to create manageable projects; to break projects down into sub-projects and tasks; to track their goals, projects, and tasks using software tools; to use a research log in order to organize and record their research questions, their search strategies, and their results; to use tools for documenting the process from source to information to evidence to conclusion; and to complete the process by transferring their conclusions into genealogical database programs.
