The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum is presenting a fun and unique presentation on Thursday January 14th at 5pm, via Zoom. Dr. Karl Luthin will present "History Meets Hollywood"- Dr. Luthin, DVM, will discuss his work on major motion pictures (including Lincoln, Glory and The Last Samurai) and the research that goes into ensuring historical accuracy. CAGGNI's next meeting will be held on Saturday January 16th at 10:30am, via Zoom. ISGS' own Tina Beaird will present, "Making History Relevant." Many historians and genealogists lament the "death" of history in the cyber age. The opposite is true! Museums and societies of all sizes are using innovative and engaging ways to make history fun.
