The Illinois State Genealogical Society President Jane Haldeman, announced at their annual meeting in O’Fallon, IL during their Fall Conference on Saturday, October 25. 2014, that the ISGS $10,000 War of 1812 Pension Match Challenge goal has been met.
Since the goal was accomplished in two and half months, the ISGS board voted to increase the Challenge up to $12,000 in donations made by October 31, 2014.
